Took my wife to her first demolition derby on the US side. She thought is was great stuff, though not all that different from negotiating the glorietas in Tijuana.

I used to think the same thing about the traffic circles in Boston. Clearly the work of the devil.

Glorieta schmorieta!

You guys ain't done nothin' til you have negotiated a 6-Entrance 'Magic Roundabout' in England (there are less than a half dozen of them, praise be!). The main circle is bi-directional and each entrance has it's own unidirectional mini circle.

Then I drove Avenida Hidalgo, right here in Tampico, for the first time and I was properly humbled!
