My wife and I will be coming down Christmas time in search of (1) summer rental 2 -3 months or more commencing July 1 (2) and/or a home to buy. We'd be interested in screening likely prospects if you know of any. Permanent home must have at least 3 bedrooms and be spacious, with a courtyard. It could be rundown but have potential. We are centering on Mazatlan but could go up or down the coast or inland for that matter.
