New York Life and a couple of other companies
sell homeowners insurance. I have to pick up
my policy today, and the cost is about $100 for
a year for renter´s coverage. The insurance
people at LCS have it, as do the other people
who sell insurance here.

Hello, There are few aspects you need to fulfill while choosing an insurance policy for your home. Make sure your insurance policy covers all the services like fire/smoke damage, water/flood damage, storm/hurricane damage, mold damage, etc. One of my friends was in a similar trouble so he hired an insurance adjuster to review his insurance policy. All the best.
