Big Dish

Everybody is so friendly!

I have a 4D TV receiver and a MPEG2 decoder which I used to view world TV including Mexico. is 4D TV worth it in Mexico. We live in Chapala.

My question is: Is it worth bringing it down from Arizona? I have already brought in my pick-up load menaje de casa (what a PIA!). This time I will have to pay duty!

I plan to go back the 1200 miles and get some more stuff anyway. I do feel that the big dish C and Ku bands are being priced out of business.
I would appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks in advance!

Is your digital/analog 4DTV be it a 920, 1, or, 2 worth it along with your mpeg 2 receiver? I sure think so. I have both a 922 and a pansat 2500a. In fact I'm about to upgrade to HDTV and get my feeds via my 4DTV. (you still need a decoder)

Yet to some people, any TV is too much.

Thanks. I appreciate the help. Mine is the latest 920, I think. I do not remember the brand of the decoder. Something which I purchased from the internet.

My son, in Florida believes in receiving every electronic signal which falls on his house and I took his advice when I purchased it.

I'm the guy with the beard.
