Could someone please help me with the pronunciation of Michoacan? Phonetically, please.

I think it is Me-choo-wa-con with emphasis on the last syllable.....am I close?

More like me-cho-wa-CON. The "cho" and the "wa" tend to run together to where it is almost a 3 syllable sound.

It's mee-choh-ah-CAHN.

Mee as in 'me'

Choh as in 'toe'

Ah as in *ah*

CAHN as in the aga

with the stress on the CAHN
