I'm looking for a year long rental (though it won't be occupied year long) which is furnished, a/c, 2 bedroom, 1 or 2 baths and is near the beach or has a swimming (condo?) and is in a safe area. Of course I want the best price available and I would expect a reduction if I take it all year. I'm probably looking in the $300.00 to $500.00. I have already sent my qualifications to Mazatlan Home Finders, but I thought I would check with those who may have additional info. By the way I will be arriving on 6-11 and leaving on 6-15. One last request is there a jewlery manufacturer for which I could contact in the area to discuss some business wholesale possibilities? Thanks for your time.
