June 2004 Events

We will be visiting Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara the last weeks in June through early July. I didn't find any calendar events that week. Isn't there usually a festival on June 29th?

There are events every day during the month of June in Tlaquepaque, celebrating the month preceding its fiesta patronal on June 29--the Feast of Saint Peter and Paul. Tlaquepaque's full name is San Pedro Tlaquepaque.

In case you didn't find this web calendar of Guadalajara events for June, take a look here:

http://vive.guadalajara.gob.mx/eventos/Eventos.asp

You'll probably find something to your liking. There is always something to do in Guadalajara. While you're in town, pick up a copy of the Friday edition of the newspaper Público. In the glossy insert called Ocio you'll find an exhaustive (and potentially exhausting) listing of everything interesting that's going on anywhere in the city.
