A year or so ago there was an article in a national paper about people who stood in for you- such as-standing in line at the bank or paying your bills. It is a specific Spanish word and I have forgotten it. Any one know it??

Standing in line at the bank or paying bills.

We have a mensajero at our office who does just that; he also delivers and bring back documents and perform many similar tasks for us. An office boy you'd call him?

Un saludo cordial,
