The simplest way is to select the complete text you want printed (place cursor at the beginning, then while pressing the shift key move the cursor to the end of the text) then press print.
Your printer should give you options to print all the page or the selection. Choose selection and press print.
A second alternative:
with the thread open, click on the "View Threaded" option. This will list the subject headings, and only one posting open. Open the reply you want to print. Then print the page.
