Romeritos--nutritional profile

I have been enjoying romeritos this spring. I am sure that it is very good for me, but I have not idea what the nutritional profile is of this veggie.

Anyone know?

I couldn't find anything online reflecting romeritos' nutritional value, but my sense is that it would be not dissimilar to purslane (verdolagas). http://www.food-stats.com/...ts/Purslane_raw.html

But who eats romeritos without some kind of sauce? And that's where the calories are.

I did find some additional information, not a complete nutritional profile, but hey, it's something. Thought I would post it for everyone!

"Romeritos: principalmente vitamina A y calcio; también fibra, hidratos de carbono, hierro, vitamina C y proteínas"
