I have Prodigy Infinitum in Mexico. When I return to the U.S. can I hook up to it there? If so, how do I do this?

If you are talking about going north for a short time while maintaining your ADSL connection with prodigy, they do have telephone #s you can dial toll free, from many, but not all parts of the US to establish a dial-up connection.

I'm not a prodigy user so I do not remember their URL. But I do remember looking for it one time and finding a link on their home page and discovering that in my City there was no toll free # I could dial.

A friend came over today and told me to go to www.prodigy.net,mx , put in my user name and password and voila- connected!! Duh!! Sometimes I wonder about my mind..He says this will work in the states.

Hi Cynthia. Assuming that your URL is correct, that's a period not a comma between net and mx. Again I am not a prodigy user but I know that when I go to http://www.prodigy.com.mx/ I get to what might be their home page.

When I went to http://www.prodigy.com.mx/...a/cobertura_usa.html I was able to get a rather primitive listing of all the cities in the US that have prodigy.....mx numbers.

Sadly they chose to list the many hundred locations in alphabetical order, not by state but for all of the US.
