Just curious. This is the first post I have seen that actually gives asking and actual selling price. Great info but a bit dated if it's two years old.
When someone sells a home, do they have to sign a non-disclosure agreement to keep the actual selling price confidential?
I have found that it's a bit difficult to determine fair market value of a property in the area. True?
