Accident on the Libramiento

I just heard that there was an accident yesterday where a dump truck took out a bunch of cyclists. Does anyone have any details?

This morning on the news from Guadalajara on cable, I saw that a foreigner with license plate HONOLULU hit some runners on the libramiento. One was badly hurt, and others less hurt.
