Too important for silence

Can't Post |
I don't post around here anymore, though i read you folks. But i saw the discussions on street food below and decided this topic is too important to remain silent.
Some posters gave good advice, but there were 2 important rules i didn't see mentioned, though i didn't read every single post.
1) Try to pick stands where the person handling the money does not handle food. Somebody mentioned some money takers use plastic bags on their hands and that's good if they also handle food. I have often broken this rule and i am stupid for doing so. You shouldn't if you can avoid it.
2) Make sure the hot food are hot and the cold food is cold. The bacteria, if i understand correctly only live at certain temperature. I don't recall the exact temps. Kitchen inspectors always test the food temps and there is a reason for it.
I have to follow these rules, because i am a tacoholic. Well, back to my silence, which i am sur will be welcomed. I hope these additional rules will help someone to avoide a tummy ache.
