Living in Mazatlán

My wife and I are planning to live in Mazatlán arriving this summer. We will rent (hopefully near the beach) until perhaps we find a great deal on a house or condo purchase. We can supply ample references. Anyone know of anything coming up?

Summer is a great time to get the best rentals.

I thought it might be a good time to arrive. Thanks for your response. Do you know of any short term rentals? Say by the month. Where we could stay until we found a permanent spot?

Most home owners want longer periods of time than a month, but do come and look around as it becomes a bit of a renters market in the heat of the summer and fall.
