Asian Market???

Not too long ago someone here (or over on that "other forum") mentioned an Asian market in Guad. Like a dummy I didn't write it down.

Anybody know where it is?

Hi, Uncle Jack! When I lived in Guad almost 3 years ago, there was an Asien Markt just off one of the glorietas on Av. Lopez Mateos just behind the Japanese car dealer. It is next to a small Japanese restaurant. Also I found that Super Lake had a good selection of Asien food products at the Lake.

As for Asien restaurants, the small Japanese restaurant mentioned above was good. I've been gone a while and I have forgotten the name of it and the name of the street, but there is a fairly large Japanese restaurant on a street that runs parallel with AVe. Juarez with a bar, regular and teppanyaki tables. A new Chinese restaurant opened up about a year or two before I left. I think it might have been the Formosa Gardens; it was a beautiful restaurant and had the best Chinese food I found there.
