Seeking Building Lot - Nayarit or Jalisco

Can't Post | Private Reply
I am looking for a small piece of land to build a casa (or casita). I can't spend much, but I am not looking for beach front. I would prefer to be somewhere along the San Fransisco (San Pancho) to La Penita coastline, but would consider other places. It could be in town or out, a view would be nice but not essential. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Yea, go there and scout it out. The deals are there. I know for a fact but I don't want to post it here because the whole world would know. Seek and you shall find. The big trick will be finding a lot with water and electricity. Then of course the other question is: What do you consider inexpensive?

We are buying property outside San Pancho to build on, hopefully starting this year. There are some very inexpensive Lots available right in the village, sort of across the main street from the soccer field. If I'm not mistaken, the Lots are 6-7,000 sq.ft and are going for $10,000US, give or take. A couple small homes have been built there, and a couple others are in progress. I'm guessing there are 10-15 Lots total. Nice central location and a short walking distance to that great beach at the end of the main street.

We saw a couple For Sale signs up, so finding out about these should be easy.

Good luck !
