It's not clear what the problem is. The obvious answer would be to read the private reply and answer it. So, I have to wonder if you have another problem, like maybe you don't want them to write to you. Please explain why you have a problem with just answering the private reply you received. There should be a button to click on to reply to that letter, unless you have a different kind of problem.

Mar Zamora appears to be fishing around for something in the business line. See his/her/its recent post under 'Business in Mexico'. And how did you receive a private message from him/her/it when you are not enabled for private messages? I would have sent this to you privately but wasn't able to.
