 Can't Post |
 Just as we're nearly ready to leave on our Mexico trip, my wife has come up a bit sore in the foot. Can one get around on the streets and sidwalks of Morelia in a wheelchair, scooter, motorbike, etc? Are such conveyances re rentable there?

Morelia is a large enough city that one simply can't make generalizations about wheelchair accessibility throughout the city. The Centro is fairly accessible. Still, it would be imprudent to entertain the notion of using a motor scooter or motorbike on its sidewalks.<p>Wheelchairs can be rented from medical supply firms, but I rather doubt that there are many rental agencies offering up motor scooters and motorbikes. Taxis are plentiful and economical.
