Scooter access in Zamora

Peter has multiple sclerosis and uses a scooter (a sort of motorized wheelchair, but with 3 wheels and for people who can walk some) to get around. We have been spending the winter in Oaxaca, which is flat and has some curb cuts, but practically no scooter access to anything cultural (good films and music, lectures or courses--in Spanish is ok) because of stairs. Local internet access is important too.<p>Our son, who once taught English there, suggested Zamora. Does anyone know about access there? Or can they suggest other good places to investigate?
