First, Thanks for all the replies under another post for helping me choose the lake chapala region.(under temp user richeacap) I am now ligit

I will be flying this early september with my gear. It will consist of 2 notebooks,(was going to be 1 notebook and on pc), 1 19" lcd monitor, cables and connectors, small ups, power cords, extra hard drives, packs of cd's for copying, and a net phone. I would bring a pc in pieces as done in a prev post but I think this is more a bending of the rules than a total legal thing. I also want to bring portable wifi antenna equipment if the local providor allows it. My question is this. Will this cause a problem at the airport customs counter when I arrive, as a tourist. (180 day type). Thanks, Richea

PS: it all fits in a couple of large suitcases, with room to spare for a couple of shirts and a tooth brush.

Some of that stuff you can buy in Ajijic, or in Guad at Costco's, Sams. WallMart, Office Max etc. So don't go out and buy supplies that you can readily get lakeside.

I know you can bring one laptop, I don't know about two.

I keep comming up with page errors when I try to post, so excuse me if this posts a million times.

I own the stuff already as its routine stuff for work, other than the badup note book.

Thanks, Richea
