Big thanks, Esteban and Esperanza! I was unaware of the asbestos/concrete combo. Most of the water is for irrigation, and the rest will be harvested under more sanitary conditions. More filtration is required, as well as an ultra-violet exposure system. Haven't worked that one out yet, but my main interest right now is to get my gardens up and running while the house is being built. I grow specialty produce for high-end restaurants in Houston, including the Four Seasons, and want to grow herbs and cut flowers for the same sort of market north of Puerto Vallarta. You nice people are helping more than you know!
