Building Project Update for 5 April 2003

The floor tile work continues in the south building. Both condos in the north building have been tiled and mostly grouted.
Almost all the rooftop plumbing work is done, so now Enrique and I are beginning the electrical, TV and telephone hook-ups.
Enrique's teen age son, Rodrigo, is now helping his grandfather and his uncle Coco with the welding on the window screens and security bars. Three generations of Valdepeñas family welders are working on the project.
Neither of the cabinet makers showed up with their promised work. Why am I not surprised?
