I have been told the weather is hot and the water is warm. I will be headed over to the Melaque area the last weekend in March. Looking forward to a great time.
Whether it's cold or hot is relative. wunderground.com says it's about 90 F. in the day and the water temps in the high 70's. Some would say the water is cold especially the locals. If you are from Alaska, you probably call it hotter than hell. I live in Mazatlan and think that Manzanillo and the ocean temps there never get cold. The ocean temps here are in the low 70's and I'm wearing a shorty wetsuit with full length arms. Some tourists from the north think the water is refreshing and warm.
