women doing business in Mexico

Can't Post |
Hi there, I am the managing editor working the launch of a new women's magazine that will focus on women and business. I am writing a story for our fist issue on doing business in Mexico. The story will be divided into two parts: One will look at what women business owners should know before attempting to break into this market. The second part will be a more "fun" look at doing business in Mexico, i.e., what do you do for fun? are there hotels that cater to women? where are the good restaurants to take clients? are there special rules of conduct when it comes to clothes, language or conversation? I haven't yet chosen a place in Mexico to focus on... any suggestions would be welcome. I am also looking for ex-pat women who are doing business in Mexico. Can you provide me with any info? Thanks, and I look forward to speaking with you, Lisa Machado 416-465-1808

Dear Lisa Mercado,

I live in the states and am seriously planning to move to Mexico and stablish a business there. I was there for 18 days on April and saw lots of opportunities for a well organized business.

Please contact me, I have been doing lots of research to find out exactly what area of mexico to stablish my business in. Your magazine is needed to help the Mexican women and inform all women that move to mexico . I'll love to contribute to your project.

Best regards,

Barbara Valmaña
