San Miguel Forum??

I just noticed a listing in the Forums menu referencing a Guanajuato/SMA discussion group. Unfortunately, it is currently populated with messages from the Yucatan forum. I assume that this is new and a more focused (hopefully) discussion group than others like the SMA Coollist etc. Who is the moderator?

That Forum will be "live" early next week.
And no, it won't point to the Yucatan Forum!

SMA okay but Too many other Forums?

I think that a separate SMA forum probabaly makes sense, but I believe that "General" and "Living, Working...." Forums should be combined. Also, I think there are 2 similar "Travel" forums that could be combined. Too many forums I believe can inhibit discussion in depth. The conversation gets dissipated. In principle, some balance must be achieved ad I think there may be too many separate forums at the moment. I don't feel this is conducive to thorough conversation of a subject. Anyway - my view.

The two travel forums (travel and driving) will be melded this week
The International forum will be gone next week.
As to more - I am holding the line for the moment.
The G/SMD has been requested for some time.
Until things are stable, that's all the changes. Integrating the General and Living has crossed my mind more than once, but I want to wait and see.

Okay, thanks. By the way Dave, I don't believe anyone provided the answer to Canada's Official National Game. We might as well let them in on it - the great Indian game of - LACROSSE. Although Pedro actually knew the answer in private).
