Interest rates on bank accounts

Can anyone tell me what the current interest rates are on bank accounts there in Mexico. I've read that banks are paying 14% and higher.

I sure wish your number was correct! My Banamex checking account in Mexico pays an annual rate of 0.57% My checking account at CCB in the US pays 1.4%
