Wireless internet, and Vonage

I recently ordered the Vonage phone service, ala Cabo Brett. This is a gadget (Cisco) that hooks up to your high speed internet connection, and allows you to make unlimited "real" phone calls over your internet connection for a flat rate. You also get a US phone number (choice of area codes). When someone calls your US number your phone rings, wherever you are in the world. I picked an area code near my daughter in California so she can call me as a local call....no charge to her, or to me. I wont go into the plan prices or details here as I'm not selling it. What I want to know is if anybody is using it successfully on a wireless internet connection. I have hooked it up to a friends Infinitum connection and it works exactly as advertised, perfect. Call quality is better than any Telmex call. However whenever I use it with my wireless connection it only works about 80% of the time. Anyone else have it? Or does anyone have a similar service called "Packet 8"? I have ordered it too. DavidG Villa Dos, Cozumel "I still believe in ignorance as my best defense"
