Is Primas Basalticos and Huasca worth of trip?

I am planning trip to Mexico City. I will be in Hidalgo state. Is canion Primas Basalticos and Huasca worth of visiting?

Yes; if you're going to be close, it's well worth a visit - interesting basalt formations, waterfall etc. In addition, it's close to San Miguel Regla (old hacienda turned into hotel) which is worth visiting in its own right.
