I noticed ,in my Lonely Planet, Mexico, there are many RV parks listed in most locations. they do give rental rates and phone numbers. i'm sure these rates change up and down depending on the season. AAA has a Mexico TravelGuide with plenty RV parks, phone ##, rates, etc.
