Driving to Mazatlan

Hello we will be driving to Mazatlan in March 03. Does anyone have any advice ? We have done it before in 2000. Have the roads improved,changed. If something new has happend or the tolls have gone up. Please advice. Thanks.

Where are you coming from; which way are to driving to Maxatlan? You can get there from 3 directions.
