Professional Employement in Guadalajara - Help!

I have just completed a one year assignment in Guadalajara. During my year in Guadalajara I fell in love with a woman, the city, the weather, the culture, the restaurants and Mexico. It is practically impossible for me to return to Mexico with my current employer.<p>Does anyone have any contacts, leads or ideas for a professional in engineering/manufacturing/project management to find work in Guadalajara?<p>I have tried going through the recruiters but they are always looking for Mexicans regardless of Spanish competency and usually are not looking at a management level. I have found sporadic job postings for Mexico but they are usually filled by Mexicans.<p>I can send you my resume in English or Spanish if you have any ideas....<p>Thanks!!!
