Commercial Dog Food in Oaxaca

Can't Post |
When my dog & I lived in Oaxaca, I fed her Purina Hi-pro. (Produced twice as much waste, but she tolerated it and stayed healthy)
Here in the US I feed her a higher-quality food that I cannot afford in MX.
We will be returning so I decided to start mixing her food, but I couldn't find HiPro, only ProPlan, and it was expensive! So I want to know, is Pro Plan available in Oaxaca, and is it economical? ($2 per kilo is ok)Perhaps Pedigree would be a better choice? I would like to get her started on the new food ahead of time because she has a delicate stomach and doesn't tolerate much variation.
