Baja la ya

I thought it meant "download now" and my neighbor thought it said something to do with coupons. Nothing identifies either.

They put it on the end of many TV ads

"Bájala ya!" (note spelling) depends on the context. If it's about downloading an app, it means "Download it now!" If it means your TV is too loud, it means, "turn it down now."

I don't know which commercial you hear it on. What's the context?

The way you spelled it--"Baja la ya"--isn't a Spanish-language construction. I know that's what you transcribed based on what you heard, but it truly is written "Bájala ya."

Regardless of how it's written, I can't help you with the context. I haven't seen it on TV.
