Bill of sale in Spanish?

Can't Post | Private Reply
Hello all - I want to sell a machine to a Mexican acquaintance for MXN $8,000 and have been looking online for a simple bill of sale template in Spanish but have had no luck so far. Can anyone help me find such a thing?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Kim

Key items in a bill of sale:
  • Consideration: State the amount paid for the personal property
  • Parties: Identifie the Seller and Buyer in the transaction
  • Property: Describe the property in the transaction
  • Date of transaction
  • Signature of the Seller.

Ken,
I tried to attach a basic invoice in Excel in Spanish to this email, but I'm unsure if it worked.

If you send me your email address in a PM, I'll email you an easy professional Excel file of a basic Spanish invoice.

You might try going to a papeleria and ask for a (factura de venta)form.
