Bienvenidos a todos. La expression. 'quedarse ciego', means- (esta ciego), which denote it already happen. Going blind means a process of different levels of vision, but (not final). Depending on the Spanish Heritage the expressions would be. 1- se esta quedando ciego. 2- esta perdiendo la vista. 3- no puede ver bien. Remember, the English ( ing) in Spanish is, ( endo - ando), which is grammatically called in Spanish, 'presente continuado'.
