We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic marketing professional to accelerate subscriber growth, usage and revenue for F-Secure and it’s Operator Partners in México, Central América, Colombia and Ecuador. Latin America is one of the fastest growing regions for F-Secure. The team is dynamic, eager to succeed and welcoming. We are proud to have very satisfied customers and many business opportunities.

Key responsibilities for Account Manager:
· Responsible for developing and implementing methods and tools of sales and marketing to increase revenue generation.
· Coordinates the creation of the project plans, budgets, resource in order to grow revenue generation.
· Creates follow-up processes, and is active in the follow-up of all areas of responsibility with customers and partners.
· Summarizes results, and makes sure F-Secure and Operators and Partners get full value for the investment in the initiative.

· Ownership of holistic marketing planning, developing the strongest proposition & messaging, explaining and implementing best practices, optimizing customer experience, activity implementation, ROI measurement.

We expect:
· +10 years expertise of working with operator marketing teams and sales channels preferably within VAS sales and marketing with leading Telecom operators in Latin America or Europe
· Experience in supporting Operator customers and partners with limited resources
· Ability to understand and feedback on new opportunities and realise the commercial impacts of discussions with operators and engage appropriate internal/external resources.
· Demonstrable experience in VAS
· Capability to be the catalyst in developing an aggressive sales and marketing action plans
· Strong co-operation skills combined with a hands-on attitude.
· Highly creative and innovative with an ability to progress ideas to implementation.
· Structured thinking demonstrating attention to planning details, reporting and organizing.
· Willingness to travel
· Fluent English, Spanish, both written and spoken.
