A brief glance at the message says that they're telling you that you're two months behind in payments on your Bancomer Visa card. If that isn't the case, then it probably is some kind of scam.

IF you do not have a Bancomer credit card, the email is most likely spam, or, could indicate identity theft, i.e., someone opened an account in your name. Strongest likelihood, the former.

If you do have a Bancomer account, the email claims that you are two months overdue in making your (minimum) payments, resulting in your being restricted, in unspecified way, access to the account. Check with your bank branch or call the Banamex central number.

Since the account number they provide is only the first four digits, indicating Bancomer, and not the last 4 digits, which would be from an actual account, I suspect spam (unless of course you have a Bancomer credit card, etc.). If spam, the link would likely have taken you to a false website that would look like but not be Bancomer's.
