Can anyone tell me how to connect with apartment owners to lease an apartment with facilities for a year. thanks in advance. Do you use Facebook? If you do, look for a group called Foreigners in the DF. Members often advertise furnished rooms and apartments for rent in just the areas you mention.
Otherwise, use http://vivanuncios.com.mx Narrow your search to DF, then the colonia you'd like to live in, then the size apartment you're looking for.
