Brit moving to Mexico perhaps open a business

Can't Post | Private Reply
Hi All,

Just wanted to send my first message as just joined the sight. As a Brit looking into making the move to Mexico to be with my fiance, finding comfort from this forum in knowing I am not alone in my plight! Is there any good info out there on how to set up shop in this country?

Many Thanks All

It takes a long breath to "set up shop" in this country believe me. Personally I find the amazonebook very helpful - 21 modern brick and mortar business ideas for mexico by mr acero, ok there are others, or check with the British Counsel , they know a thing or two . Perhaps itīs a good idea to take things easy at least for the first few month, donīt jump into a business adventure when you just have arrived

Anyplace else, it's "business venture". In Mexico, "adventure" is the correct term.
