Giving Birth in Mexico?

Can't Post | Private Reply
Hi! I'm a twenty-three year old who is currently pregnant with her first baby. My boyfriend and his family are returning to Mexico in the next few months and I'm flying over to join them at some point or another. My big question is this: is it a better idea to give birth in the US or Mexico ? I'm concerned about the naturalization process and also the quality of health care. We'll be living in the city of Guanajuato.

Thanks For the Help All!

You'll get good health care. Not a problem.
If you want the child to have dual citizenship, have the birth in México. Registering the child as a US citizen born abroad is easy.
