burittos from las burritas de moyagua near Guadalaraja mexico

Does any one know how to make the burritas from Las Burritas de Moyagua. Looking for a recipe for them when I was flying down to drive my Mother from Mexico back to the US. We would stop for breakfast. But she is no longer driving so need to make them here at home in Wisconsin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What a question! They offer so many different burritos. So, just choose your favorite filling, mostly various stews, and look up a recipe online. With that as a beginning, play with it until you get it just the way you like it. Of course, you will have to make those home-made tortillas too. :)
There is a reason they are open 24 hours and have a big parking lot for truckers.

6 Flour Tortillas
Refried Beans
grated processed cheese. For the topping
chopped tomatoes
chopped spring onions
Guacamole
Sour Cream and make them according to your choice. These is how I make it in my kitchen.

It's Burritos Moyahua, and it's on the Guadalajara-Chapala Highway, west side as you're driving to Chapala, near the turnoff for the La Barca Hwy. It is always open, and always delicious. Seriously delicious. I think there may be a second one somewhere in Zapopan, but not sure. They have a Facebook page.
