ASA and Day of the Dead event in Jocotopec Fri. Nov. 1st

Friday, November 1 Event in Jocotepec Cultural Center :evil:

This coming Friday, November 1 there will be a Day of the Dead and other events. The following is the program starting at 5pm:

ASA - Ajijic Society of the arts will have a collective exhibit in the Casa de Cultura (next to the Plaza in Jocotopec). The show titled, Cycles of Nature, travels from the Ajijic Cultural Center to Jocotepec, minus those items sold earlier this month at the Ajijic Cultural Center. Opening 5pm to 7pm.

There will be a Dance of the Dead with students from University of Guadalajara on the Plaza of Jocotopec starting at 7p

Music by the traditional Mariachi group "Los Choznos" and Grupo de Son "No Son" from Guadalajara in the main Plaza staqrting at 8pm.

There will be a presentation of Live Catrinas also in the Plaza of Jocotopec starting at 7pm and an Day of the Dead altars exhibit in the main plaza also at 7pm.
