Mexico drug cartel in conflict with self-defence groups in Michoacán state

Mexican press reports (such as this one from Informador) say that the electricity substations in the following municipalities were attacked over the weekend:
Buenavista, Tomatlán, Tepalcatepec, Aguililla, Apatzingán, Sahuayo, La Piedad, Zinapécuaro, Uruapan, Zamora, Ciudad Hidalgo, Tuxpan.

Plus Morelia. At one Morelia substation, investigators found more than 130 home-made bombs, presumably for use in bombing other substations.

In addition, many Pemex stations were firebombed, including two in Morelia.
