legal rules or contract (copy) for departing housekeeper

We have a housekeeper who wants to leave working for us for more fulltime work.
Does anyone have a boilerplate contract/agreement on what we owe her etc.?
Would appreciate any help

If she is voluntarily leaving her job to take other employment, you do not owe her anything beyond her salary through the last day she works for you.

Mexico's labor laws for payment to employees who are fired do not extend to employees who quit voluntarily.

Do you know the name of the agreement between employer and housekeeper. We are going to give her money-she needs it-and thought we'd label that with the correct title.
