We will be moving to Mexico at the start of the new year. We would like to apply for permanent residency on the basis of "humanitarian reason", as we will be working with orphans.

Does anyone know what the requirements are for "humanitarian reason"?

Go here http://www.inm.gob.mx/...page/Manual_tramites

Click Trámite and a pdf file will be downloaded with the requirement.
