We need to get CURP numbers. Haven't paid attention over the years so need to know how, where, when and cost. Thanks very much.

It's on your visa card. They were automatically assigned when they went to cards.

The one on your visa card might be wrong or the person who wants it might want the official card. Go to http://consultas.curp.gob.mx/CurpSP/ and input the CURP from your visa and see if it exists. If not, you might have to go to the Palacio Municipal and get one. Take your visa and passport. It's FREE. Get it laminated.

Good point. Too many people who don't go out and apply for and then get a CURP, think they have one when the look on the back of another form which would show your CURP, if you had one. If you don't, what you see is partially what it would look like if you had one using your birthday, but often it "Aint" real.


Boy that was a mouthful.
