Will the Newly Trained Women Transitos End the Morditas in Edomex?

Here is a link to an MSN article, "Will all-female traffic cops fix Mexico state corruption?"

http://news.msn.com/...ico-state-corruption

I have already seen the difference in the past 2 weeks in Tlanepantla as there are fewer transitos out on the street. Still, I have noticed a couple of male transitos making traffic stops??

Will this end the corruption from the solicitation of propinas and morditas? Unless the corrupt activity is curtailed at all levels and supervisors are also closely monitored the practice will continue. The few officers I have noticed can be clearly identified by their vests with their ability to issues multas clearly identified on the back.

Its a start!
