Where is the conciliation "court" in Chapala?

I have wandered around where I was told I could find this place (next to or around the Ministerio Publico) but can't find anything and with no Spanish, I'm totally lost.

Help appreciated.

Thanks.

If by "conciliation court" you actually mean PROFECO, the fed. gov't. consumer protection agency, all the Spanish you should need is, "Donde es la oficina de PROFECO?" A PROFECO office close to where a lot of gringos live nearly always will have at least one English speaker on staff.

I know them and they are in Guadalajara.

But I recall something similar in Chapala with some kind of administrative "judge" (very young guy) who ran it. It was in the police station in Chapala.

I think I can go to the Municipal Palace Thursday.

Thanks.
