Hi Rolly Does this mean I can bring my car in now without bothering with the paperwork that leads me to keeping my car in Mexico?
And when I am ready to move bring my car in under the fm3 I got 19 months prior.
also can you bring another car in under the fm3 if i take my car out of mexico. In other words is the fm3 only good for one car a one shot deal or if i take the original car out can I bring another one in? Hi Ron,
: You can bring a car and a trailer, and you can take them back out anytime. The car and trailer will have their own papers, and that has nothing to do with your household belongings.
: You can get your FM3 and menaje de casa, bring your belongings, drop them in Mexico, and take yourself, your car and trailer back to the States. Just because you have an FM3 doesn’t mean you must stay in Mexico, it only means you can. There’s one catch – you must be physically present in Mexico each year to renew your FM3. That can only be done in the city where you ‘live.’
: For a whole lot more details, click below
